Selling
Most sellers start with one question: How much can I get for my home?
That’s a good place to start, but there’s a lot more to the conversation.
What can we do to get you the maximum price? What improvements are worth making, and which ones are a waste of time and money? What should you do, and just as importantly, what should you leave alone?
Knowing how to price, prepare, and position your home matters. So does understanding the competition, buyer expectations, timing, and how to negotiate beyond just the price.
My job is to help you understand your options, make smart decisions, and avoid spending money where you won’t see a return.
Because getting the best result isn’t about guessing what buyers might pay. It’s about understanding the market and having a strategy to make the most of it.
When life changes the plan. Some moves aren’t planned. An estate, a divorce, a job, a house that no longer fits. I’m certified in probate and divorce real estate. These sales need patience, privacy, and a clear plan. I bring all three.
Buying
Looking for your dream home? Moving up, downsizing, or buying an investment property?
Before we start looking at houses, let’s look at the big picture.
How long do you plan to stay? How much work are you willing to take on? What does your lender say you can afford, and what does your bank account say you’re comfortable spending? Those aren’t always the same number.
There’s more to buying a home than finding one you love. It’s understanding the tradeoffs, knowing what you’re getting into, and making sure the decision makes sense for you today and down the road.
And once we find a home that feels right, the research begins.
What’s the history of the property? How does it compare to other homes? Are there potential red flags, hidden costs, or restrictions you should know about? What might affect its value or your ability to sell it later?
My job isn’t just to help you find a home. It’s to help you ask the right questions, understand the answers, and make a decision you’ll feel good about long after you’ve moved in.
Watch: Yes, you do need a house location survey.
In their words
What clients say
We listed the property well above what other realtors said to list and had multiple offers above the asking price the first weekend.
T. Matteo
She was the glue that held everything together. She was the person who, ultimately, made it happen.
J. Hughes
She was there to make sure that my house in Virginia got a new fence, that the yard was cleared out, and updates were made all while I was stuck in Oklahoma.
B. Arata
As we encountered issues, she came up with solutions. Whenever anything needed to be done to the house, she had someone who could get it done.
J. Harrison
We have moved 18 times. She listened carefully and she never wasted our time.
